What are Staray shoes made of? +
STARAY uses digitally manufactured flexible-polymer lattice structures. Material formulation and construction vary by model; review the individual product page for confirmed details. STARAY does not currently make a universal recyclability claim for every product.
How do I care for my Staray shoes? +
Rinse with cool water and mild soap. Air dry only — avoid high heat, direct sunlight for extended periods, and machine washing.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
Contact us immediately via our Contact Us page. We can modify orders before they ship. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
Do you ship internationally? +
We currently ship within the United States and to Italy. Shipping options and costs for Italy are calculated at checkout.
